Introduction

Welcome to Auxilium International School. By enrolling your child or ward at our institution, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all students, parents/guardians, and staff members associated with the school.

Admission and Enrollment

  • Admission is subject to meeting academic and age eligibility criteria.
  • Required documents must be submitted, including birth certificate, previous school records, and medical history.
  • Admission is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the school management.
  • The school reserves the right to decline or revoke admission due to misrepresentation or behavioral concerns.

Tuition and Fees

  • All fees must be paid in full by the due dates stated in the school’s fee schedule.i.e before 10th of every Month,
  • Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services (e.g., withholding reports or class suspension).
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Code of Conduct

  • Students must adhere to the school’s code of conduct promoting respect, discipline, and academic integrity.
  • Disciplinary action may be taken for bullying, vandalism, dishonesty, or misconduct.
  • Parents/guardians are expected to cooperate in maintaining discipline and supporting education.

Attendance and Punctuality

  • Students must maintain regular attendance and arrive on time.
  • Absences must be justified in writing by a parent or guardian.
  • Prolonged or unexplained absence may result in withdrawal from the school roll.

Health and Safety

  • Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at time of admission.
  • The school may administer basic first aid and contact emergency services if required.
  • The school is not liable for injury or illness unless caused by proven negligence.

Use of Technology and Internet

  • School computers, internet, and digital platforms must be used responsibly.
  • Cyberbullying, accessing inappropriate content, or tampering with systems is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage or harm casued to devices in lab or installed in school campus may lead to incurring of fine accordingly.

Media and Privacy

  • Photographs or videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes unless opted out in writing.
  • Student records are confidential and shared only with authorized personnel.

Withdrawal and Dismissal

  • Parents must provide written notice (e.g., one term) to withdraw a student.
  • The school may dismiss a student for serious rule violations or non-payment of fees.
  • Dismissal decisions are final and made by school leadership.

Liability

  • The school is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property brought to school as it is advised not to bring expenseive article to school.
  • Students may be charged for damage caused to school property.

Amendments

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
  • Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
